2025 RF International Auditions DEPOSITS

THIS IS JUST A DEPOSIT FOR THE UPCOMING EVENT. ONCE GENERAL SIGN-UPS OPEN, YOU WILL RECIEVE A CODE THAT WILL TAKE OFF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID OFF THE AUDITION FEE ONCE AUDITION SIGNUPS ARE OPEN.

The Royal Family INTERNATIONAL AUDITIONS:

The Royal Family International Auditions are BACK, holding auditions outside of New Zealand for dancers to become part of The Royal Family Dance Crew for 2026.

The auditions will take place on Rome, Italy on 5th October 2025.

To be part of the auditions, dancers must attend the two days of workshops on both 3rd October 2025 and 4th of October 2025 and learn 8 routines in preparation for Auditions on the 5th of October

If you are successful and get selected, then you will be required to relocate to New Zealand at the  January 2026 to train and perform with The Royal Family for the year. You will also be part of our Royal Family Europe Tour in October 2026, where you will return to the stage for your family and friends to see you perform live in black and gold!

This opportunity will only happen every two years in Europe so if you feel you are beast enough now then register yourself to follow your dreams and become part of the world’s most successful dance crew - The Royal Family.

WORKSHOPS:

Friday 3rd October 2025- 10.00am - 4.00pm

Saturday 4th October 2025- 10.00am - 4.00pm

AUDITIONS

- Solos

Dancers will be divided into 4 groups prior to auditions, you will receive an email confirming your audition date and time.

Your group will perform solos during one of the days of Friday 3rd of October 2025 or, Saturday 4th of October 2025 between 6pm-10pm

- Auditions continue on Sunday 5th of October 2025 from 9.00am-6pm, where callbacks will be made.

**If you are not selected, you will not be required to stay for the remainder of the day.

No spectators are allowed in at any time, these are closed auditions.

Successful dancers will be announced on Sunday 5th of October 2025.

You will need to arrive in New Zealand to join The Royal Family Dance Crew in January 2026 for the next 12 months.

REGISTRATION:

You must be available on either Thursday 2nd October, 6pm OR Friday 3rd October, 8am to 10pm to collect your wristband and audition number.

Please ensure you bring along your ID & International Audition TICKET.

If you have one, please bring along a printed copy of your dance resume to registration.

MUSIC

Dancers will need to prepare a 1-minute solo (strictly 1 minute).

Music must be edited before submitting and you cannot use your phone.

All music must have no swearing, suggestive lyrics or language.

Music MUST be provided on a USB with your name clearly labelled on it, these are to be handed in during registration.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Liability and Assumption of Risk, Photography/Video Policy, Cancellation Policy

LIABILITY RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I/We realise that participation in workshops organised by The Palace Dance Studio – Home of the Royal Family ( TPDS – HOTRF the event organiser), could result in some possible personal injury. Despite precaution being taken by TPDS – HOTRF (the event organiser), accidents and injuries may occur. By agreeing and signing this release form, I/We (the dancer/participant/parent/guardian) assume all risks related to the use of any and all spaces/venues/locations used by TPDS – HOTRF (the event organiser)

I/We agree to release from responsibility The Palace Dance Studio – Home of the Royal Family (TPDS – HOTRF the event organiser) including all choreographers, dancers, staff members, and facilities used by the event organiser from any cause of action, claims or demands now and in the future. I/We will not hold The Palace Dance Studio – Home of the Royal Family (TPDS – HOTRF the event organiser), liable for any personal injury including: scrapes, bruises, cuts, sprains, fractures, broken bones, concussions or death or any personal property damage/loss, which may occur on the premises before, during or after the workshops.

Furthermore, I/We agree to obey the workshop and facility rules and take full responsibility for my/our behaviour in addition to any damage I/We may cause to the facilities utilised by The Palace Dance Studio – Home of the Royal Family (TPDS – HOTRF the event organiser) and understand that The Palace Dance Studio – Home of the Royal Family ( TPDS – HOTRF the event organiser) has the right to remove any participant from any or all events and workshops without the refund if the participant is disruptive, rude, abusive and/or fails to comply with instructions by staff, event organisers and contracted personnel.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO   -

I/We understand that recording of the Workshops/Auditions is strictly prohibited.

- I give permission for my/my son/daughter’s photographs/videos to be used for publicity and advertising in The Palace Dance Studio – Home of the Royal family (TPDS – HOTRF the event organiser) in their home studio, on website and social media channels.

DEPOSIT, PAYMENT AND SIGN-UPS:

The deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE and is €50. This will reserve your spot for the upcoming auditions or alternatively you can pay the full €200 Audition Fee.

Payments for deposits will close on 31st December 2024. You will receive an email once general sign-ups open. The e-mail will contain a one-time code which is your deposit, taking €50 off the full €300 Audition Fee. You will need to fill out the sign-up form with all the details required.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

In case of event cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the buyer.

From date of purchase, ticket purchases are non-refundable or transferable.

ACCEPTANCE

By submitting this registration form and completing payment, it is a declaration of my acknowledgement that I fully understand the terms of this waiver and have signed it voluntarily. I confirm that I am over 18 years
